Appearance: She likes to wear long sleeved shirts and jeans, or pant suits. She tends to wear light coloured clothing. She has long hair past her butt. She usually keeps it in a ponytail. Her eyes are a dead milky white.

Occupation: School Councillor

Personality: Tynan is a very outgoing yet awkward witch. She is borderline insane. There is a rule against giving her energy drinks. She will get over excited and impossible to understand.

Interaction with children: Tynan tries to help the best she can but in an awkward way. She tends to use her own metaphors. She has a box of condoms on her desk. She hands them out often. She tries her best to be their friend and make them feel better. Thankfully she does not startle too easily.

Interaction with Co-workers/ adults: Tynan tries very hard to fit in and get to know everyone even if that means asking awkward questions in the process. She is very kind and overly excited to see people.

History/Bio: Before the infection hit she lived with her parents who tried their best to raise her the best they could. Eventually her "Tynan Tantrums" happened so often that her parents did not know how to raise her properly. So one day they drove through a nice neighborhood and walked up to a door and rang the bell and ran away. She stood there confused when the door opened and she met her new parents Burt and Irnie. They were a happy wealthy gay couple. They raised her as if she was one of their own. She never went to a school for infected so they did their best to take care of her and raise her properly. Her family was always very supportive.

She decided to become a guidance councilor because she didn't grow up with other infected and her parents were very big on helping children. They pushed her to get a career as an infected guidance councilor, and now she is very happy with her job.

Family: Her uncle Count Lotsula taught her how to count everything from the blades of grass to the spiders on the wall. They counted it all. He would also count how many times she had her "Tynan Tantrums". This was her least favorite thing to count. Her step brother Cookie was and is her best friend. They always played together. But every time they made cookies he would eat them all and leave crumbs everywhere. Her uncle Big always brought her gifts from his love nest on the other side of town. They were always shiny little trinkets that he found. But she loved the gifts none the less. He would tell her stories about her aunt Snuffie. She never got to meet her aunt Snuffie so she always enjoyed hearing the wonderful stories.

Likes: reading, drawing, camping, sad movies and counting.

Dislikes: People who purposefully startle her, bright lights, dolls, and puppets.
